 No Connection

 

 

Possible Cause Solution
The equipment (wireless equipment, router, switch) maybe OFF or cable may not be plugged in properly

Check if the equipment is ON.

Check if the cable is properly plugged in to your PC/laptop

Main cable (uplink) is not plugged to WAN/Internet port on the router or switch Check and plug the cable in the required port
