Customer Support extension

 ZANLINK is very happy to announce to its esteemed customers that it has now upgraded its customer support and call center services with the following facilities:

• We have added another direct line to our call center besides the existing 2237480. This line is 0777 476 666. Both lines will operate between Mondays - Fridays between 8:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m and 8:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m on Saturdays.

• After office hours and during public holidays our customer service shall be available on our emergency line on 0777 477 777 as below:

o Monday - Friday: Between 6:00a.m to 8:00 a.m in the morning and again between 5:00 p.m and Midnight (12:00 p.m)

o Saturdays: Between 6:00a.m to 8:00 a.m in the morning and again between 1:00 p.m and Midnight (12:00 p.m)

o Sundays and all Public holidays: Between 6:00a.m and Midnight (12:00 p.m)

 We have added the above facilities in the bid to ensure that our clients can now enjoy much better support from us when they face any problems with our services.
