Our staff team is our greatest asset. It is the force behind ZANLINK’s distinctive edge and the ability to provide an excellent customer service. We have a team of highly skilled young professionals who are dedicated and committed to their work. We recognize the importance of staff training and capacity building in order to cope with the ever changing demands of the Information Technology and customer care and as such have various development and training programs for our staff. Our staff team has undergone some rigorous training courses in customer care, middle level management and leadership to ensure that we possess the right skills and attitude to compete in the Market.

Management and Directors
The executive directors consist of the Managing Director and Director of Network Operations who steer the Company in the right direction and provide the growth and diversity that a healthy business must possess.
The non executive Board Directors on the other hand ensure the company serves the interests of shareowners with the highest standards of integrity and compliance. Serving equally as tough critics and wise counselors, they provide in-depth oversight of the major strategic issues of the company.
Administration Department
This comprises of a team of Administrative officer, administrative Assistant and office & logistics attendant who deal with the front office, operational and middle level management tasks.
Finance and Billing Department
This department mainly deals with all company financial management, financial control, auditing matters as well as customer billing. It is headed by a Finance and billing officer with experience and zeal for the task.
Customer Care Department
This comprises of highly skilled and dedicated customer care team who deals with all the technical problems of our customers and provide fast support & solutions to ensure that our esteemed customers are always satisfied with the service we provide to them. The department also has a Corporate accounts section to deal with our corporate clients’ portfolio and provide them with fast track and personalized services.
Engineering Department
This department is headed by the Technical Operations Coordinator and 4 other Network engineers. The team is dedicated to conducting site surveys, site designs, site installations, as well as regular maintenance of our Network to ensure that it is always up and running.
Sales and Marketing Department
Our sales and marketing team gives a customer centric service where they identify consumer’s needs, explain features and benefits of our services and provide value and future results. They not only look for new sales potentials but also maintain a strong relationship with our existing clients for regular feedback on our service as well as updates on the new products/ services that ZANLINK offer on regular basis. |
