ZANLINK VOIP (Voice over IP) phone service is an easy and convenient way to make low – cost International calls from a phone to any phone in the world at the cheapest rates. Take advantage of the savings and additional features associated with the VOIP service without the hassles of traditional PC to phone calling services.

ZANINK offers pre configured VOIP telephones that look like your traditional phone but connect directly to your broadband Internet connection.

Features

• No need to have PC or to wear headphones to make calls. Even if your PC stops working and your Internet subscription expires you can still make calls with the VOIP phone as long as you have Internet connection with ZANLINK (and credit in your VOIP phone).
• No need to disconnect from the PC, if you wish to use both the PC and the VOIP phone at the same time. A switch will be placed to connect both the VOIP phone and your PC such that both of them can be used at the same time.
• Very clear quality on calls. Many of our clients already using this service have given very good and positive response.
• You can make FREE local calls to another client with the same VOIP Phone connected to ZANLINK. For example if you wish to make calls between your main office and branch office then all calls are FREE of charge between the 2 premises (provided that both places have the VOIP phones connected to ZANLINK). You just need to pay for the International calls that you make.
• You get username and password to log into our VOIP website to view you account. The account shows your credit balance, call history etc to find out how many calls you have made and if the credit in your account needs to be renewed.

Requirements

1. ZANLINK Internet connection. If you already are ZANLINK customer via the broadband Internet service then the same connection can be used.
2. VOIP Phone that we shall supply you. There is one time payment for the VOIP phone.
3. The VOIP phone has a prepaid call credit of 5$. Once you have the VOIP phone connected you can start making calls. When the credit finishes you can refill credit by contacting the ZANLINK office or dropping by to purchase the credit.

   There are no additional cost and no Monthly rental payments for this service. ZANLINK VOIP rates are structured in a way that our customers can make calls anywhere in the world at the most reasonable rates, while not compromising on the quality.
